I was reluctant to watch this show as the clips I saw did not wow and Matthew Horne struggled in teachers and Roman's Empire. However after one or two viewings on the TV I was hooked. The relationship between the characters particularly Smiffy and the Shipman family is very genuine and hilarious, plus uncle Bryn is one of the best characters that only Rob Brydon could perfect.

The show rolls along at a quick pace with many inappropriate moments especially Gwyn's Mother (Nanageddon from the Mighty Boosh). Overall a great show, I am sure it will become a classic. The only mystery is what happened on that fishing trip, I have my theories.

5.0 out of 5 stars Absolute Tour de Force, 22 May 2009
Absolute Tour de Force
I have watched all the TV and live shows and but the best work done by the Boosh has to be found on the CD. I drive a lot for work and have had it in my car for over a month. The comedy is similar to the show (radio was done first) but the comedy is still fresh.

The CD is made up of 3 CD's with 2 shows on each that last for around 40 minutes each. Possible the best moments from the shows are the banter and adlib between Julian and Noel. Most of it is just silly nonsense that needs to be listened to several times to appreciate it.

If you are a true Boosh fan then you have to get this, as you will not be disappointed.

Although not as competent as the first 2 series the IT Crowd Series 3 is still lots of fun, and has some great moments. The Characters Moss and Roy come up with some unique ideas to solve some of their minor life issues and Jen is always there trying to guide them, but generally ends up bringing herself down to their level.
Matt Berry adds his usual punch and including a great episode where he falls in love. Graham Lineham is a little conservative in the writing for a couple of shows but overall plenty of laughs and mad moments to make this worthwhile.

Took a little while to get into Free Agents but once you get a feel for the dynamics between the 2 lead Actors (Steven Mangan and Sharon Horgan) then it was thoroughly enjoyable. Add to this the dryness of Matt Holness and the absolute vulgarity of Anthony Head it flows very well.

You will not laugh aloud too much but rather enjoy the witty dialog between the lead characters, and the odd but realistic views on the lives of these neurotic adults.
