5.0 out of 5 stars Pure Cool, 26 Feb. 2004
This review is from: Getz / Gilberto (Audio CD)
I've been listening to jazz for about 5 years now and wanting to broaden my taste i thought this would be a good direction to go. And what a direction to go!! The album has the ever popular Girl From Ipanema but the more i listen to it, the more i fall in love with the beauty of the other songs. Stan Getz ability is beyond words, as goes for Jobim on the guitar. The voices of Joau and Astrud Gilberto round the album off superbly causing you to hum and sing with them. This album has shown me there is more to bossa nova than i thought. So buy it, and then sit back, close your eyes and think of Brazil!!!

Well Billy has done it again. This short 30 min work out is very tough and i would only recommend it to people who work out regularly. After a short warm out you go straight into the abs work out then to the glutes and at the end Billy pushes you to do a couple of really tough abdominal exercises again. It is very hard and painful even but the results are amazing! My stomach is a lot flatter and stronger and my bum and thighs are a lot more toned. Doing this work out every so often gives a change to a normal tae bo exercise routine and perhaps gives better results. Overall this is great for someone who already enjoys a regular exercise routine. Otherwise i would reccommend a regular tae bo work out to get started.
