The whole plot is so bizarre that the book ought to be ridiculous. but somehow the author makes you suspend disbelief to the point that you actually believe it!

AMW1863 Lightweight Folding Transit Wheelchair
AMW1863 Lightweight Folding Transit Wheelchair

5.0 out of 5 stars AMW1863 Wheelchair, 18 Jun. 2014

The chair meets our expectations - my wife is disabled and whilst she doesn't need a wheelchair all the time, she cannot stand for long, so needs a chair, for example, when visiting museums, etc. Her normal wheelchair is very heavy and I found it difficult to get in and out of the car (I have back problems). The AMW weighs under half the 'normal' chair and is far easier to use.

5.0 out of 5 stars As the Crow Flies - a good read, 10 Jun. 2014

Well thought out and credible with a gripping and surprising end. I enjoyed every page even though rock climbing strikes me as a form of complicated death wish!

5.0 out of 5 stars Chamelon - a good read, 10 Jun. 2014

Although a bit far fetched, the author makes you believe in his characters and their actions - even to the point of sympathised with a cold blooded murderer

Trespass: A gripping mystery thriller (P.I. Johnson Carmichael Series - Book 2)

1.0 out of 5 stars Trespass - not worth reading, 10 Jun. 2014

A character so unbelievably stupid as the 'hero' wouldn't have lasted a day in the police and as a self employed PI he's starve.

5.0 out of 5 stars Blood Crows, 2 Jun. 2014

Another brilliant story. I was mildly disappointed with the previous episode - 'Praetorian' - which was quite good, but not as gripping as its predecessors. nor 'Blood Crows'. Delighted to see that 'normal service' has been resumed!

2.0 out of 5 stars Too long for its own good, 7 May 2014

An intriguing plot, but much, much too long. Gives the impression the that the author was paid on the principle 'Never mind the quality - feel the width'.
