Gaslighting: A British Crime Thriller (Doc Powers & D.I. Carver Investigate Book 3)
Price: £4.65

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent, just excellent, 8 July 2017
This, the conclusion to the triology was by far the best in the series, but I have really enjoyed them all. A dark psychological thriller, concluding times that have run through all the books with An excellent conclusion. Although Will has said it is a trilogy, I hope he revisits these characters in the future. Well worth reading.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent prequel, 16 May 2017

An excellent prequel from Mark. Combing two of our favourite characters, Beatrix and John Milton. Written for an excellent cause. It tells the story of how the two of them met, yet is a complete story by itself. Well done Mark xx

5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent stand alone novel from Marcia, 9 April 2017
This is an excellent standalone novel from Marcia Turner, the author best known for the brilliant and much loved Meredith and Hodge series.
Written in a lighter style to Meredith and Hodge, it is the story of a group of holiday friends requested to return to Cuba, for a free holiday but with the proviso that they return with their flea market purchases. It's a part who done it, part da Vinci code. It's rattles along at an a really good pace, and keeps the reader engaged from start to finish. A credit to her portfolio of works.

The Agent (An Isabella Rose Thriller Book 3)
The Agent (An Isabella Rose Thriller Book 3)
Price: £3.98

5.0 out of 5 stars Another thriller from Mark, 6 April 2017
Again, a brilliant thriller from Mark Dawson, the third in the Isabella Rose series. Continuing on immediately from the second book, it reels the reader in from the start and has all the elements you expects from Mark Dawson. A real page turner, I couldn't put it down. Looking forward to the next instalment

Written in Bones: Inspector McLean 7
Price: £4.99

5.0 out of 5 stars Another great outing for Tony McLean, 24 Feb. 2017
I loved the book. I have read all the Inspector McLean books, and the latest is one of my reading highlights of the year. This was a good who done it, complex as always, and picking up and continuing to weave threads from previous books into the latest story. Can't fault it in any way
