5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely top-notch thriller!, 14 April 2013

Without a doubt one of the best new authors I have read in a long time. This genre can so easily become hackneyed, but this had me on the edge of my seat more than once! Superb story!

I recommend that you grab this with both hands - it will do the same to you!

Having read several stories by this author (under a different name), I was pleased to see him finally in print.

His previous stories which I have enjoyed tremendously are all of the Western genre, and are excellent reads. To switch genres so effortlessly is to be commended, and only reinforces my belief that he is an extremely accomplished storyteller.

He also has two Western stories on Kindle, and I would heartily recommend them to anyone who likes a well told yarn.

Look out for Woody Leach - he has arrived!

Just finished this, the second of the series, and ready to start on the third and fourth.

Tim Ellis is a superb storyteller, and that the greatest compliment I can pay him.

Ignore the nit-picking comments, and treat yourself to a great story!

5.0 out of 5 stars Astounding first novel, 20 Nov. 2011

I read many of the reviews prior to purchasing this book, and some caused me some concern, but I went ahead anyway.

In my opinion this is an astounding first novel - a great plot, well-rounded characters, and great humorous dialogue between Parish and Richards. The romance is nicely done also!

Well done Tim - I am off to buy your next 3 books now, so please write some more quickly!

3.0 out of 5 stars Glaring errors., 3 Aug. 2011

This story idea was good, and had some gripping moments, well written. However, to propose that a plane could fly all over the United States and Cuba without being tracked by the Airforce beggars belief! I kept reading after the glaring mistake, but most of the joy was gone. Just as well it was free!
