Brilliant!, 15 Jan. 2008
I really love this work out. I usually hate aerobics and am not one for grapevines, mambos and salsa-ing across the living room. 30 mins of cardio (with a few wind down sessions in between) plus 10 mins of lunges and squats. Further 10-15 for stomach, core fitness and stretches..great all round work out. The guy who leads it is great too, not at all annoying (like the people in the Ministry of Sound DVDs) and he's there to do the job. It's very easy to follow and by the end of it I am sweating and knackered!
