5.0 out of 5 stars Superb Syphonica George, 19 July 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Symphonica [Deluxe] (Audio CD)
For those of you who enjoy George's music and don't need him to prove anything, this album is about as good as it can possibly get. Bought this on the back of hearing George's version of "Going to a town" on the radio and have been playing it constantly to friends and family who are buying it themselves.

A very rich sound - beautifully put together, well produced and brings together all of his material to really enjoy. Sit back, large glass of wine - turn it up and chill out - it is a very special piece of work and is well worth the price. Buy the Deluxe version, comes in a lovely booklet.

2.0 out of 5 stars Dentures of the Tiger, 10 July 2006
After reading many Tom Clancy books in the 90's and being gripped, it was something of a disappointment to be squeezed much like a pensioner tiger rather than a tiger with teeth. I had to restart the book twice and expectations for another great book started to dwindle when the story didn't really get going until the last 3 chapters. Imagine my disappointment on the last page when it looks as though this has been written with a sequel in mind, as the story has been left as open as a tigers mouth with sedatives in it.

Going to stick to Stephen Coonts, he writes like Tom Clancy did before Clancy got all his money. Lame, attempt, could do better
