brilliant for normal people, 19 Aug. 2012
We have never really found a diet combining healthy eating, flavour and variety that works before, but after seeing the first episode of Si and Dave's program, felt it worth a go. All the recipes we have tried so far have been brilliant; very easy to follow and really tasty. We have both lost weight, changed our perception of food and have really not noticed any difficulty. After reading reviews saying that this is not the way to go, I can't help thinking that not everything works the same for everybody and that if this approach works for you, GO FOR IT. The book is well written, informative and the recipes are great. Well done to the Bikers - long may they ride.
