These are fantastic!!! I use them by putting it between my body and a wall and rolling it around, it's a life changer! My partner and I also use these for back and shoulder massages on each other, they are easy to use and get great results.

Brought this for my mum and she uses them daily really helps with blood circulation. I can't even get them off her to use them myself! Might have to repurchase so I can use them ;)

I purchased these for my husband as he has running related foot issues - he is very happy with them but feels they could be a little bit bigger (he has 12 size feet though so maybe this is the issue!) They are very firm and the spikes are firm but not too pointy. Great product and good price - nice that they come as a two pack.

I was recommended to buy these by my podiatrist. I have plantar problems in one foot and my toes muscles are becoming weak and misshapen. Rolling my feet and toes over these balls is easing my plantar strain and encouraging strength in my toe muscles. A great product, promptly delivered, well packaged and a great price. Thanks PhysioRoom.

    UPDATE:
Since my original review (below) these have lost some of their structure and become inconsistent in use. There are now noticeably softer spots on the ball which are a lot easier to compress. It's just part of the material has collapsed. I've not used them extensively either, maybe once every other day if that.

    Original comments:
'It's Okay' is about right. Quite solid material choice, a good amount of resistance and a good size for most people. Easy to use but challenging enough to make them worth while. Two in a pack is a bonus.

Ordered these, they came next day delivery and was only £2.90 in total including postage. Great for my shoulder! Others online were cheap but once added postage came to £10! Would recommend!

I have only received one spiky ball in mail.
It's a bit too soft to really target the areas such as shoulders, it's good for massaging arms though
