I've been building and operating websites for just over 15 years, so I've dabbled in conversion rate optimization throughout. However, much of this has been 'unstructured', just working on parts of the website as I think they need attention. When I first heard about this book I really wanted to get my hands on it, as I'd been following CRE for years.
