It's a while since we purchased this or used it but found it great for the beach, very portable and easy to carry in it's carrying case. As far as we remember it is adjustable height wise but not sure if it tilts.

It's a great beach parasol and the pole is in two pieces. The poles and canopy fit into the carry case which comes with it so easy to carry to beach. Not sure of actual dimensions but would probably fit in a large suitcase.
