I totally love this interfacing! I had quite a few small pieces of fabric to attach and I put them on the table face down, cut out a large square of this interfacing, put it on top the pieces, paper side up and ran the hot iron (on max) over it. In 10 seconds they were all securely adhered and the paper backing made them a breeze to cut out. After that I smoothed my nail along the paper side and it lifted up with ease. Then I arranged all the pieces on the jumper face side up, (worked brilliantly on wool) covered with a damp cloth (per the instructions) and ran my iron on max over it. I did it for about 15 - 20 seconds so the cloth would dry and that did the trick. I wasn't sure how it would all work out and bought Mod Podge and another type of fabric glue just in case, but I didn't need them at all.

I realised the adhesive on this is essentially hot glue, like the kind you use in a glue gun but because it's done in a flat and tiny mesh it's perfect for this. Not sure how it will hold up in the wash/dryer but I have a few test pieces that I've attached to an old jumper and I'll give it a test run. Logically, I'd say wash with cold water and don't tumble dry.

It comes with simple, easy to follow instructions and I had fantastic results. This will definitely be my go to for future projects. I didn't think to take pics during the process but I took a couple from scraps to show the mesh.

Worked really well on the piece of fabric I first attached it to and made cutting out the intricate design a hell of a lot easier but the glue just wouldn't take on the 2nd fabric that I was attaching my design to (faux leather) so ended up having to edge stitch it in place. Assuming it's the 2nd fabric that's the problem (as one of the overlapping edges was onto silk and it did seem to have adhered to that bit reasonably well) then I would say it's excellent. I'm not confident that it would have stayed put through washings etc though and would probably always take the extra precaution of stitching it in place but it was certainly worth using for the help it was stabilising the fabric for cutting out

I bought a sofa and 2 chairs for £10 and the loose covers were worn in places so I cut the arm covers into heart shaped pieces and stuck them on with fuse a web, sewed round them with the zigzag stitch on my machine and gave the loose covers several more months wear whilst I think about making new loose covers.

It's OK but thought it would be fusible both sides so a little disappointing from that point of view. Arrived promptly.
