R.I.P...don't buy any DVDs off my brother! ;)

Video games in a church! :) That's my religion ;)

Note - Yes, both statements do contradict each other ;)

R.I.P. Sir Patrick.

I remember his time as Gamesmaster well. It was one of the few TV programs I looked forward to as a kid.

He certainly was one of a kind and learning of his background before GamesMaster was probably one of the last people you would expect to get involved with videogames - especially given the bad press games/arcades recieved in the early/mid 90's...

RIP Patrick 'GM' Moore

This is a sorry loss, but by god what a great age and life to a man that was passionate about his interests in life. I always found his talk of the void that surronds our planet very interesting. Proof indeed that keeping the mind active with hobbies, work, interests does add to life longevity. I'm happy that he lived a long and fulfilling life and most importantly, died peacefully at his home with his family.

It's still a sad loss of a great man, but I won't forget his contributions to some fascinating and entertaining tv. RIP Sir Patrick Moore.

R.I.P Sir Patrick, this has brought a tear to my eyes. I was only watching his last episode a week or so ago and I didn't realise he was ill, didn't show it on camera. I will miss him greatly, loved his monthly Sky at Night, been watching for years and it wont be the same without him (will the show continue with his co-hosts I wonder?).
