Nick says:
There must be a reason as you said, you would have to ask Sony.

Maybe the cost of having stuff as week or so exclusive cost Sony xxx and they decided to pass that onto the consumer ?

"You would think that would apply to PSN not just XBL - but Sony charge £6 more."

There's a lot of factors that could influence it, maybe Sony think their customers have more money than 360 owners so the lower price wouldn't really entice that many more people to buy.

"Like you say I think Sony just want/need to make a bigger profit margin. "

That would be my first guess, just offering an alternate possibility.

Sony don't get the £40 a year that M$ do from all of its online user base so maybe M$ can afford to price cut dlc and use it as a marketing strategy to make out they are cheaper. I know some people pay for PSN+ but everyone pays to go online and game with Xbox.

Got it off HotUkDeals and alot of people are having problems, they said its just because of a high volume of orders. Ordered mines 2 weeks ago and it still says In Progress.

No not dispatched yet for me either. Although there seems to be an authorised payment on my credit card for the same amount as the points but has not yet appeared in my purchases. It's like a pending payment of somekind.

I've received a few emails with invoicing etc so looks like my points are on there way too. I tried to buy some more yesterday with the JubileeOffer discount code but it seems the code has expired now. I do have a 25% off code to use but I'll need to check if postage is free too as it appears the cheapest postage is £4.95 lol.
