Just a query:
How do you decide how to 'mark' a brilliant movie that has poor sound etc? Or a classic novel that you love, but that has the odd misprint or whatever? Does a cheap & nasty version of War & Peace get 1 or 5?
I've often wondered this: personally I'd give it 5, with a note about the flaws of that edition .
