Various Nazis and in more recent times the likes of Milosevic and Karadic have been charged with war crimes , despite not physically having blood on their hands . They were guilty by association . If the present pope ( formerly a member of the Hitler Youth ) were to follow in the footsteps of some of his predecessors , for example initiating or approving of crusades , inquisitions etc , would the UN be justified in bringing forth such a trial ?
It has been suggested that the British should compensate relatives of those who were victims of colonialism , the slave trade etc . Maybe we could have a posthumous war crimes tribunal for the likes of Urban II etc . He was , after all , beatified in 1881 I believe .

|What was God thinking of, I've seen paintings and statues of Mary, she was no looker and a bit tubby. He had the choice of any one, I don't think he asked for consent, he was like a refugee in Koln, and he picks plain old girl next door Mary.||0||3 hours ago|
