Tonight's result:

WEST COAST EAGLES (SussexWelsh) 2.1 (13) 4.1 (25) 5.4 (34) 6.6 (42)
RICHMOND TIGERS (Philip) 3.2 (20) 5.6 (36) 7.8 (50) 8.11 (59)

The Tigers prevail over in the west and Anita is spot-on with her prediction of 17 points. $5.00 goes to The Mirabel Foundation. Well done Anita.

Hi Anita - not as much as I'd like. The time difference is not conducive. I taped the Opening Ceremony and watched it later (great fun - glad to see Oor Wullie and pals). I'm addicted to Le Tour de France so I get to bed at 2.00am and cannae be fashed getting up around 5.00am to watch swimming finals, etc. I've seen a bit of hockey and netball (neither of which are my favourite sports). I hope to catch some athletics (don't expect Oz to shine there) and weightlifting.

Well only four games this weekend and sadly some of us couldn't even get one right. Congratulations go to David who picked three winners and his team, the Lions, thrashed their near neighbours, the Suns. This means that the four punters at the top of the table are neck and neck and we may be in for a photo finish. The rest of us really need to pick up our game!
