To insert a product link use the format: [[ASIN:ASIN product-title]] (What's this?)

i have this problem on several occassions. I don't download a lot so i found my amazon mp3 downloader stopped working. Amazon customer service sent me an email with instructions then when i still had problems they rang me up and talked me through the process, i even had to re download the player. They were really good and very patient.

This happened to me last night. I had paid for 5 tracks and was trying to install the downloader when my connection cut out. I messaged Amazon to phone me, which they did immediately. The helper talked me through the installing process and reorganised the tracks so that I could then download them without paying a second time. I was relieved and pleased with the quick service. I'm annoyed that the connection can be so tricky, but at least there was no hitch in solving the problem!

Customer service from amazon on mp3's has been excellent in my experience, if they haven't replied in a couple of days email them again or book a call back as the lady above did, the call backs happen very quickly and provide excellent service as well. If you have a genuine problem you should experience no problems

I have "lost" downloads in the past too, found customer services to be very helpful, I e mailed them and they re-sent the tracks that where missing at no extra cost. :)
