Hi Eileen,

Not sure which Kindle you have, but if you type in the Search Customer Discussions (on the right of this page) "downloading adobe flash" there's quite a few queries from fellow customers. Hopefully you will find the help you need.

Adobe stopped selling licenses for Flash in August of last year so Amazon are unable to supply it.

I suggest you install Flash for ICS and the Dolphin Browser from goodereader.com.

Tried to download flash and dolphin but get a message saying to access linked file it must be downloaded to your device. The file can be found in downloads. When I go to downloads it is not there. I have a kindle fire hdx. I am trying to watch my movies from ultraviolet but not able to, no problems on the I pad.

How are you downloading the movies to your Fire? Are you using an app, in which case which one?

All my Ultraviolet movies have been claimed through "Flixster" so all I did was install the "Movies by Flixster" app, open it, log in and download my movies. I watch them using that app. Neither Dolphin nor Flash are required for that.

I have tried the flixster app and see my movies, but when I click on watch I get a message saying I need a later version of flash player. that's why I was trying to download the flash player through the goodie reader site.

I'm not sure what's gone wrong because the Movies for Flixster app works perfectly on my Fire HDX and I certainly don't have any version of Flash on mine. Try deleting the app and redownloading it.
