anyone seen these books for Kindle lower than £3.99? seen the short stories lower.

Just wondering if I should wait for a price drop if one is likely?

No Chris, I trawl the Agatha book list on a regular basis to try and find them cheaper with no luck, I think AC is still very marketable and can still attract a decent price, one that I'm not that bothered about paying as I enjoy her books so much!

I know what you mean, it irks me when I can download some really good books for free, ( see freebie thread ) but when youre in the mood for an Agatha nothing else can take its place. I tend to download one on a Sunday when I need to wind down and relax before a busy week. Read nearly all of them now, but they are the kind of book I can reread.
I recently re read And Then There Were None (Agatha Christie Collection) I recall being much more impressed by it when I first read it, was a lot younger though so that probably had something to do with it.

not sure why but two of her books are avaiable on Project Jutenberg, not sure why because I thought the copy rights ran out after 50-70 years, depending on the country, this also hasn't helped me press the buy button on the others!

I don't use any other sites, simply because I don't know how to, I tried Project Jutenburg once, thought I had downloaded something but it never materialized on my kindle so gave up. Out of curiosity which books are available there?

Happy to talk you through the download process if they are two you want.

Thanks, but have both these in tree form. Love Styles, I wonder if they are free because they were one of the first ones to be published under her first publisher and therefore can't make any profit from them?
An Autobiography have you read this? Its a bit pricey but excellent, one of my favourite autobio's, she is such an interesting but private women.

Glad you have them, I was frightened you would take up my offer lol I'm not the best at giving instructions.

Thanks I will buy that then but will wait till after I have finish her books,I don't like to know about the Author I am reading,as I may dislike them and also stop seeing the story in isolation from the Author.

Chris, I'm not good at following instructions either, when it comes to computers trial and error is the key for me. I know what you mean about not reading about the author, I promise you will like the Agatha, and will give insight to why she wrote some of her books. She also wrote under the name of Mary WestmacottAbsent in the Spring and Other Novels: Absent in the Spring -- Giant's Bread -- The Rose and the Yew Tree (Mary Westmacott Omnibus), kind of dark romance, I don;t like romance novels but I do like these.

Ha ha no chance of that! The kindle is well named, just like a log fire than needs constant fuelling. Worth it though, happy Agatharing!
