M. C. PETER says:
Kathy, the settings for audio are probably wrong. Check that all the connecting cables are in place and firmly pushed into place. Then make sure your DVD player is correctly switched on and providing a picture. Do you use a separate amplifier to watch dvds and blu-rays? If so, make sure it is properly connected and able to provide sound to your loudspeakers. Settings vary, so try other combinations before turning up the volume. Finally, if you still can't hear the sound at a medium setting (my Sony system requires sound level 22 to sound reasonable) you need to call in expert help. hope this helps.

The Mist.
Stephen King book/Frank Darabont directs so a safe bet it will be good and it is.
Won't spoil anything but the best 'non-Hollywood' Hollywood ending I've seen in a long long time.

Despicable Me was a blatant rip-off from the old Brit comic strip Grimly Feendish though!

Glad you enjoyed it, Leveller. I lent my Blu-ray of The Fall to a mate and he thought it was pants. To each their own I suppose.
