The site has been down for some time now - or more correctly - the database has been down for some time.

It gives me a "Timeout Expired" and then this:

An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below.

Also if you chose a language? It is more than 14 days, that i have been able to look for Danish subs.

Yeah it works fine for me even after the Language selection.

Here's a link

blu-world.co.uk/en/Default.aspx

I'd try another browser as you could be loading up a cashed none page if that makes sense ?

I can open your link, but if i try to go, to denmark, then it will not load. I have tried 3 browsers. But nothing helps.

I don´t understand it. I have tried every browser, but can not go longer than choose language, and then it says:

Server Error in '/' Application.
Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

OK, try with Zero Dark Thirty. I have seen that before when i could come in, and it should have Danish subs.
I have tried 3 PC, my iPhone 5 and iPad. Not at chance.

For those having issues, try using Google's DNS settings (just Google it lol, it'll tell you how to do it). Your ISP may be blocking it for some reason or another. It happens sometimes on some websites for whatever reason. DNS can be a bit flakey on ASPX sites from time to time too.

In reply to an earlier post on 7 Jun 2013, 06:06:08 BST
DNS, ISP, ASPX. I just don´t know, anything about this. I am a anti nerd
;-(

MadusMaximus says:
DNS = Domain Name Service. It's how web addresses work. Without this they'd just be numbers, no easy to remember text like amazon.co.uk for example. Google offer a DNS service that's usually much faster and less restrictive than what your service provider (TalkTalk, BT etc) use. For some reason your service provider may have certain websites blocked so using someone else's DNS let's you avoid running into these kind of problems as often.

ASPX is a framework for making websites by the way. It's a Microsoft platform and is quite well known for causing a lot of problems with page loads timing out and other funky things like that.

Search for "Google Public DNS". It'll tell you how to set it up. It's usually pretty simple unless you have a rather annoying router with an overly complex interface lol. I'd link directly to it but I don't think Amazon like things pointing outside of Amazon itself.

In reply to an earlier post on 7 Jun 2013, 19:38:47 BST
It's just total gibberish to me. I know nothing of PC, so it will be hard for me to figure this out.
What I do not understand, is that I can not get into Blu-World, on my iPad or iPhone. And I do not, use my router, to go in on them.
