MULTIPLICITY was a brutally awful film. Groundhog Day wasn't much better. Eyes Wide Shut i was going to watch, but after reading several different reviews im really glad i didnt bother to watch it.

Hi God
(can I call you God for short ?)

I am very worried about BAN LOUD ROCK METAL' NOISES as he has not been here for 2 days and God you know what this morning some horrible
woman posted some fantasy about Ban which then got deleted by Amz

This clearly unstable female mentioned something about wanting to
"w**- k" or she was looking for a "w***--k* -e--r" lol I was shocked.
Then she ranted on saying she wanted to take part in a student riot
drugs rock metal all noise party just to upset Ban and her neighbours.
Apparently she was going somewhere....I hope its far away and abroad

By the way GOD I love your pic you look like a rich playboy or baron :)

You know when you Shaz'man & Bubbles meet for the NATURIST CAMP
well you can COUNT ME OUT as I am girl with intelligence, dignity, pride
UNLIKE SOME , who will do anything or remove everything for a cheap ride or a vulgar laugh.

Excuse me while I go and check my jewellery collection.

Yeah that 3 Faces Of Eve is an abysmal turkey from 57. See the 68 one

Yes, and I agreed with King that Kubrick's version of his 'The Shining' was rotten, and that the later TV adaption was better. But for every horrific from book-to-screen disaster ('The Langoliers', 'Riding The Bullet', 'The Tommy Knockers'), they were very good ones-'Carrie', 'Creepshow', 'Cujo', 'Cat's Eye' 'Pet Sematary' and 'Silver Bullet' -the last 5 all from the one decade (the 80s) which is more proof the 80s had the best strike-rate of the most varied and effective decade of horror there was, and shouldn't be so underestimated or proudly thought of as a 'slasher's decade' which it most certainly wasn't. 'children Of The Corn' not as impressive but still good, and a more effective killer kiddie movie than any of the 'Eden Lake' asbo pretenders today.I found the TV adaptions of both 'The Stand' and 'It' not bad at all even if they can't hope to compete with the book for intensity, but neither as good as the earlier films mentioned-not least cos you didn't have to hang on for 3 hours!

In the 90s 'Dolores Claiborne' was by the far best book adaption of his , 'Misery' and 'Sometimes They Come Back' were worthwhile enough. In the noughties 'The Mist' won hands down, even if the ending was different, it was still ferociously effective and fitted well. 'The Mist' is one of the best horrors of the noughties and a wonderfully welcome antidote to all the 'Saw/Hostel/Eden Lake/Last Exorcism of fake trash we're all now mired in. 'Rose Red', done in 2002 is certainly now THE best TV adaption of his work ever utilised and the lengthy running time kind of flies by.

I couldn't comment on the 'Dead Zone' or 'Salem's Lot', never having seen either as yet, though I hear the latter is really good, and though 'Shawshank' and 'Green Mile' are not my thing (I prefer the horror stuff) I still found 'Shawshank' a more appealing and less sappy project than 'The Green Mile' which reeked of treacle and if bits of it were OK in places.

I wonder which will come next-another of his adaptions to film we've yet to have, or a series of reboots of everything that HAS been put to the screen? Anyone care to bet?

Phone Booth has to be the most boring and ridiculous movie of all time with Paranormal Activity, The Fourth Kind, Troll Hunter and Chronicle following up closely behind.

Escape from LA. To call this a sequel to the excellent Escape from New York is an insult to that film. I think it's the only movie I've ever turned off half-way through. I gave up at the idiotic part where Kurt Russell & this other guy started surfing. It's almost as soulless as Alien Resurrection - another piece of garbage.

WORST FILMS SEEN by Godlaw1 include this grotesque flick :-

Made In Dagenham from 2010 with Sally Hawkins and Bob Hoskins.

(This is allegedly a fact based drama concerning a group of women who
in 1968 went on strike for equality/more pay at their sewing factory.)

The whole film is extremely dismal, dull, dreadful, talkative, common.
None of the characters are attractive or appealing. Pretentious junk.

Another real big STINKER as WORST FILM
is "Fear Eats the Soul" made in 74 this being a repulsively stiff drama
from German "new wave" director Reiner W. Fassbinder now drugs dead

Hello Eve (my forum love :) xxxx)

I am afraid that BAN LOUD ROCK METAL NOISES is reported as being
very tired, exhausted and is resting. BAN LOUD has 2 paternity suits
from blonde girls( 20s ) which BAN LOUD is contesting. Girls want $$$$
Yes Eve, I too hope that unstable female keeps well away from BAN.
BAN LOUD is always in extreme demand from girls which is exhausting:)

I am happy you like my pic Eve but remember I am a man of GOD !! :)

i EX[PECT YOU WOULD HAVE RATED bRASSED oFF as one of your most favourite films of all time, along with Made in Dagenham and Fear Eats the Soul. Or maybe you just underrate all the films that other people have enjoyed. Come to think of it, you would probably like Bridesmaids too.
i LOVED IT AND FOUND IT EXTREMELY FUNNY, BUT THEN, YOU AMUSE ME TOO.

Bubbles says:
Yes, BAN LOUD (or previously known as, "Acumen1966"), simply MUST be tired !
What with running 3 names on here,(GodLaw1, EVE ROMANTIC QUEEN, & BAN LOUD), as well as CORRESPONDING with HIMSELF.
Not to mention running his French account : http://www.amazon.fr/gp/pdp/profile/A28NHARYW21JMK where, no doubt he'll be boring the poor French people every bit as much as he is boring us !
What started as a bit of a joke, now seems to have a rather more sinister & tragic connotation.
This guy TRULY has a SERIOUS problem. He is clearly reaching out for friendship/love, but sadly, his chosen method only serves to alienate the very people he's trying to impress.
Put your notebook down, BAN LOUD/GodLaw1, EVE. Put on your hat & coat, (NO CRAVAT !) & venture out to meet some REAL human beings . . . . . :o)

I AGREE WORST FILMS EVER SEEN

Brassed Off 96 (Wooden drama about miners)
Bridesmaids 11 (Group of girls posing around eek)

Bubbles says:
Yes, BAN LOUD (or previously known as, "EMPEROR1"), simply MUST be WORSHIPPED.
What with running 9 GIRLS XXX on here,( EVE and 8 Other STUNNERS but not the OLD
BOILERS who can only dream as they wither away in their dimly lit BEDSITTERS).
This is the tragic REALITY for the likes of "bubbles/gilbert and
similar identities but there is
consolation at the OAP Care home when a picture of WALTER PIDGEON is
shown around.
Not to mention EMPEROR BAN LOUD ROCK METAL NOISES French account :
http://www.amazon.fr/gp/pdp/profile/A28NHARYW21JMK where, no doubt
he'll be TEACHING the alert French people every bit as much as he is
INSTRUCTING/EXCITING ALL of us ! :)
What started as a bit of a joke, now seems to have a rather more
sinister & tragic connotation.
as both bubbles & gilbert TRULY have 13 SERIOUS problems but we console
ourselves with
some stiff/wooden/lifeless Dramas/Comedies. We are clearly reaching
out for friendship/pensions, but sadly, our chosen methods only serves
to alienate the very people we're trying to impress our GOD BAN LOUD:)
Lets put our ZIMMER FRAMES/HEARING AIDS down Gilbert. let us put on
our longjohns (NO CRAVAT !) & venture out to meet some REAL human
beings . . . . . :o) I can walk 5 yards :)

SORRY CHARLTON HESTON I was just kidding your 1973 SCI FI FILM

SOYLENT GREEN is truly STUNNING, INNOVATIVE & MEMORABLE but
you see dear Chuck (Heston) we (bubbles&gilbert) when we watched
your CULT film SOYLENT GREEN 73 well the glasses & hearing aids sort
of ran out of BATTERIES ....so we missed all the great scenes Chuck X

WORST PUTRID FILM SEEN

Bend It Like Beckham 2002 This is a fetid, insipid, worthless, lifeless, dour
"comedy/drama ??" with a ridiculous cast of Keira Knightley and unknowns
The title itself is atrocious as it reminds people of overpaid/thick/spitting
filth-ballers URGH EEK avoid this nonsensical film "Bend it ...becks urg"

BAN LOUD ROCK METAL PUNK RAP NOISES IS IN HEAVY DEMAND BY GIRLS

BAN LOUD ROCK METAL PUNK RAP NOISES is sick with exhaustion as he's
had girls :) serving him with PATERNITY SUITS :) and now 3 more
"mature" women (bubbly, jack, lich) :) are also imposing themselves.
GOD help us !!!

Ah Ms Gilbert I can call you Jackie and you call me GOD :) now then
"Marigold Hotel" well God has not seen this recent flick so no comment.
It seems "harmless" from the descriptions but who can tell for sure ?

another WORST FILM SEEN Atrocity is :

Brokeback Mountain 2005 its a bad taste. embarassing, disjointed, dire
handbags and horses saga with J Gyll.. planting lipstick on H Ledger ffs
