I know, it's wasted on me?!.....but I just can't stand those awful reality TV shows with yet more deluded non entities that are always SO desperate to be a 'celebrity'. Or eating my tea whilst watching all those horrific adverts of abused and starving children, and animals, in a calculated bid to get more donations.

Even the news? - with it's regular, agonising footage of people being shown in the seconds prior to being brutally killed - as the new style of 'tea-time entertainment(?!!)'. Ignorance is Bliss to me now - so, my laptop stays on and the TV stays off!.....unless, of course, it's a programme entirely about CAKE!!! ;o>

You may have noticed I sometimes find Spelling difficult - which is funny - because on one of the planets around Proxima Centauri - their Alphabet - has 108 sigils and HUGE Keyboards

I know of someone who watches Reality shows and thinks they are Real life - so silly that is you would not believe

Suzy - don't be upset at what I say because I have petted a lion cuddled a bear-cub and have a silly weakness for Tigers - petted one - but of course he was only half growed

I,m with you on that one Suzie, call it what you will, I know the world can be a terrible place but I don,t want it shoved down my throat ad infinitum, there,s a lot of goodness in the world too but that doesn,t make for good viewing obviously.xxxx

@ Cooking diamond - how true as you have said - bad news and sad stories make more money and have more viewers than the good stories - same with news coverage - nothing like an Earth Quake or a Monsoon for something to really hit the headlines

Posted on 16 Nov 2012, 08:57:48 GMT
Oh yes it has - and Honey Glazed Rabbits - you roast them but before you Roast and Glaze you must take the skin off - or the fur is sticky and inedible - what is worse you cannot eat it neither
