Has anyone got any fool proof recipes to make cookies/biscuits using one of these guns? Have just bought one and it came with no recipes at all and have searched the net and most are American recipes that are difficult to convert. Would love a link to a web site if anyone knows of one 'cos I can't find one with UK weights/ measurements.

Hi Mrs J, so annoying when you have a new gadget and can't find any good recipes to use it. My advice is go to the web site there are recipes there, don't be afraid of cup measurements, once you download a conversion chart it's a breeze, for this try deliaonline, or put in the search engine american cups conversions and loads come up. Have fun!

Exactly Pixie!!! Most peeved!!! Have found hundreds of lovely recipes including the Wilton ones, have watched loads of demo's on YouTube, but the conversion to British weight was the problem. Might have known Delia would have cracked it-looked everywhere but her site. Now found several conversion charts, for anyone else with the same problem this seems one of the better ones. Thanks for your help-now for some fun!

Thank you for supplying that link Mrs J. V. Howard :) I love the American web sites but find the constant conversion to British weight to be a right pain. Thank you again. Sam x

You're welcome Sam. I have printed and laminated it and stick it on my kitchen cupboard door when using American recipes now-soon get to learn them.

Dear Jen Oven,

Have you tried staring straight down the barrel and pressing the trigger!!!

I really love your sense of humour Las Bogas!!! Crazy to you it might sound though - we 'grown-ups' do actually want to talk on here about gadgets, baking and biscuits! So please leave these lovely ladies alone now - be a good boy and play outside - or you may find that you have caused a biscuit shortage with your milk at breaktime!!!

I will continue to look forward to your posts on other forums, Very Best Wishes, x suzysunshine7 x
