OK - now's your chance to prove it - get those tights on and head off to Pixie's house - she is cooking fish finger sandwichs for us.

Bearman says:
Well I for one doubted you had the legs for it. Perhaps some really thick tights would hide the hairyness......

Was there ever any doubt?

Weather you stay or weather you go,
There's so much foodie stuff to know.
There should have been pies, there should have been dresses,
And where we go next is anyone's guesses.

While I cannot claim to never eat processed rubbish, we do try to ensure that there is always fresh fare in the fridge, and as you say, it takes no time at all to pan fry or grill a piece of lamb, fish, beef steak etc. Potatoes take a little longer, so we often go healthier and have couscous or noodles.

Pull the dress out again - there's a nice fruit (boozy peaches and cherries), nut (pecan and flaked almond) and frangipan tart sitting in the kitchen, which I really need help with, as I'll eat too much unless somebody does helps me out. Its gooey and lush in the middle, and is lovely with a cup of coffee.

I think that when you,re really busy in the week it,s amazing that you get fresh food on the table anyway. We eat a lot of lamb because if I get home from Dad,s a bit late and knackered, not to put too fine a point on it...lol. Lamb, new pots and veg is a quick dinner that OH will eat. Even simple fare like a cheese sarni is better than something out of a box.xxxx
