Can I play a blu ray disc on my UK player + tv?

Well you can play some US Discs.. Like everything from Warner, Universal and Paramount.. Usually you can't play Disney & Fox.. But there are numerous site with listings.. I Like to use:

If you want to be sure, get yourself an Oppo BD Player. It's a high quality US made BD player, so it will play American BDs. For use in the UK, you can get a REGION FREE version. I have one and it's the best there is.
