Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil or Two Mules for Sister Sara (mind you, I was quite young when i saw that, so maybe it's not so good - in which case I'd go for Unforgiven)

High Plains Drifter and Kellys Heroes definatley. I actually think he gets a bit outacted in ' the good, the bad....' by Lee Van Cleef. The Unforgiven is so boring and long winded its difficult to like although its wonderfully shot and English Bob just makes the film a bit silly. Clint has a pretty solid record, turning out some cult classics and I dont think he's really made a bad film. I love 'Where Eagles Dare' but its really Burton's Film

For me it has to be
The Outlaw Josey Wales,
Pale Rider,
Unforgiven,
Where Eagles Dare.

I couldn't choose just one, too difficult.

Who is Clint Eastwodd?

Personally not a fan of Unforgiven.

I really liked The Rookie with Charlie Sheen, Gran Torino and Heartbreak Ridge.

But in ten minutes I'll probably remember one I liked better.

The Dollars trilogy for me but most of Clint Eastwood's films are very good indeed.

Watch out for Clint Eastwood in the film Rango [DVD].

Clint is probably still my favorite actor:

1. Unforgiven
2. Good, Bad and the Ugly
3. For a Few Dollars More
4. Heartbreak Ridge/Dirty Harry
5. Gran Torino
6. Josey Wales
7. High Plains Drifter/ Hang em' High
8. Rest of Dirty Harry
9. Space Cowboys
10. Perfect World

I am missing a lot but his "lesser known" flicks like the Gauntlet, Tightrope, Two Mules, Where Eagles Dare, Pale Rider, the Beguiled and the one where he steals a bunch of gold during WWII are all awesome.

I think the only Eastwood movie I have not seen is Bridges of Madison County. And I thought Million Dollar Baby was a bit overrated. However I really enjoyed Blood Work and some of his other less popular ones.

I will say the inclusion of his girlfriend in a lot of movies hurt them....Sandra something. Terrible actress. Her role in Sudden Impact and Josey Wales standing out as being particularly poor.

I am partial to the old westerns, particularly the Good. the Bad and the Dyslexic.

But the cop movies are, I admit, classics, especially Magnum Farce, and he was still making fine films as he matured - I think we all love Grandma Torrino.

(by the way the third film in the dollars trilogy was not few dollars more, but the good, the bad and the grey area)
