This is just a standard SLI bridge cable which you'd usually find included with your motherboard. It's near-identical to the one which was included with my motherboard (just branded with NVIDIA instead).

It covers the space easily between my two cards when they're sitting in slots next to one another. You might have to mess with it a little to get it 'just right', but haven't had any problems since initial setup. Sitting in SLI mode with no issue.

For those of you running SLI for the first time, there doesn't seem to be a noticeable advantage to purchasing a more expensive bridge except for aesthetics. You should also have a cable included with your motherboard, so do check before spending the cash on this!

Failed after a week

It worked ok for about a week, then started getting horizontal scrolling bands of blue and green when gaming. Seemed to also cause software driver data corruption.

After reading other reviews and clean reinstalling geforce drivers and testing each gtx980 individually (that work fine) came to the conclusion that this sli bridge has malfunctioned.

Sending it back and ordering a different one. Ive made thus🧐review a bit long so that it may help others who suddenly get you issues whilst gaming in sli with this bridge as it took me ages to figure out where the problem was originating from

Perfect for 2 graphics cards of different height where a solid bridge would be impossible. Also works with 4 slot 90mm-95mm gap between the connectors.
Simple, light, not pretty and doesn't have much of a positive grip on the connectors. I don't think it matters which way around you put it or on which pair of connectors. The key is to reinstall the graphics drivers after installing it. Then SLI should show up as an option in NVidia control panel. I got SLI on by default when I did this, no option previously using 2 x GTX980Ti, a Palit and a Galax HoF.

Works great, not much to say. Used to link two GTX 970's in SLI. Weirdly, with the bridge pushed all the way on, SLI was not recognised, or occasionally was with huge graphical glitches.

By slightly pulling the SLI bridge out, it has worked flawlessly for months. Very odd and haven't seen this behaviour with other bridges, but it works and was the cheapest at the time!

A bit tricky

This review is for nvidia flexible bridge It's ok but I was getting banding and colours where distorted. In the end I had to bend the bridge in the middle and tops in order for it not to put too much sideways pressure on the connections, see picture.

Should be included with video cards, not mobos

This is a simple ribbon cable, and it either works or not - there's nothing to actually "like" about it. They are, however, oddly difficult to buy unless you want to risk Ebay, for no reason other than video card manufacturers simply don't put them in the box with your £200 video card, which is stupid and outrageous.

I would add, as part of a larger and more epxensive order anyway, I went for next-day shipping, and from Germany, they arrived by post after 2 days - i.e. clearly posted the same day I ordered them, which is pretty good service.

Worked for under 2 months then started to cause Red Lines in SLI.

Worked well for just under 2 months before it faulted and started giving me red distortion on SLI.

I tested with the SLI that came with my motherboard and that worked fine (Before anyone says its a GPU issue, its not).

The quality of it looks okay but it is not durable. Ended up binning it after less than two months of use.

I personally would avoid it.

9.2cm SLI bridge

I was looking for a longer SLI bridge as the 1 provided with my motherboard will only fit graphic cards with stock coolers installed, this 9.2cm SLI bridge is just long enough to fit over most after market coolers, I have Arctic Accelero twin turbo plus on a PNY GTX 550Ti in PCI-E 2 from my first pc and on the Zotac GTX 550Ti in PCI-E 1, I have the Arctic Accelelro mono plus installed on it because, Zotac VGA card is smaller. This 9.2cm SLI bridge ideal for gamers or anyone using after market coolers on their graphics cards.
