I wanted this book to my definitive reference for Leeds Utd but it failed me. It is, in general, a good read throughout the history of the club section but I found the typographical errors irritating. Don't the publishers have proof readers? What I cannot forgive in this book are the factual errors, such as stating that Gary Kelly missed a whole season through cruciate ligament trouble when it was actually shin splints. Such as reporting that Elland Road was used for a concert by U2 in 1997 when it was in actual fact 1987. And, worst of all, omitting the last six premier league games from the results and tables for 1999-2000 season, in the process getting the goal scorers totals all wrong. Worth having in your Leeds Utd book collection, but don't rely on it for your facts.
