Very good vacuum but the water tank leaks
Had the Roborock for 2 weeks. It's easy to use and keeps my home very clean. But I keep having problems with water leaking around the dock. I suspect it leaks when it washes the mop? It's always wet around the hinge that connects the ramp to the dock.The first time it happened I thought it was the way I set it up. But the issue persisted after 2 weeks.Edit: I looked into it and the water is coming from the water tank on the robot. The tank is made of 2 pieces of plastics and the water is coming out from the gap.I tried to contact the seller but there was no response. Roborock EU said that it's up to the seller to deal with replacements. Amazon offered to return and refund the whole product, but I thought that was unnecessary for a small fault. Also I wasn't sure when else I'd be able to get a new one at a good price.My solution now is to empty the water tank immediately after a clean.

Did loads of research and felt this was the one with the best features for what we needed. Wasn't disappointed. Easy to set up, everything worked straight out the box. It's a robust, well built piece of kit. Emptying docking station is easy, cleaning brushes and mop is straightforward. Had it for a few months now and it just keeps on doing its job. Would recommend vacuuming then mopping separately for best finish, although both at the same time is ok for light soiling. Only minor niggle is the non-re-useable vacuum bag. Don't know why they didn't create a tank you could empty like the clean and dirty water. However only needs replaced every second month or so.

I've had this for a month or so now and it does a fantastic job. Cleans my wood floors lovely as well as the tiles in the kitchen. The app allows easy programming of the cleaning routines allowing me to mop or both vacuum and mop on the days I need. Would recommend emptying the dirty water every couple of days as I left it for four days and it smelt horrible.

This is much better at mapping out the room and climbing my door frames between rooms than my previous ecovacs robot. Would highly recommend.

I bought the S7 roborock from Amazon, the machine broke so I returned it. After several months my money was refunded. (by Amazon)I saw the newer model (the S8 ) had better controls that would prevent some of the problems I was experiencing with the S7. I purchased the S8 Roborock from 'Big Seven', (Amazon were not stocking it) after a couple of months the machine broke so I was in discussion with the Roborock support in China. After weeks of reseting and many other 'fixes' that didn't work they told me to send the machine back to the supplier for a refund. Unfortunately the supplier has gone bust! Roborock realised this and now won't return my e mails and it's impossible to phone them. My advice is get a Dyson not those cheap rip off Chinese companies and buy through a reputable supplier (like Amazon). I am left with a machine that doesn't work and £1200.00 out of pocket. Thanks Roborock!

The suction power alone will make your life better. It’s really good at picking up all dirt and works phenomenal on my carpet as well.

The one thing that could improve is more commands and a better Alexa integration.

But the fact I even have to mention nice to haves shows you how little flaws this robot has. Umming and ahhhing between this and he roomba - pull your finger out and buy this. Or the S8 if you’re rich

As a lazy house owner, i've had many robot vacs, and let me tell you the amount of problems with most of them was unbelievable, and they wasn't cheap either. Had this for several months now and its a beast. I've only had to clear out its filter once too. Not a single problem, defo recommend saving the extra bit of money to have a hassle free tidy floor.

Had the ecovax x1 omni for a couple of weeks but was very disappointed with it. And having to take off mop pads was a real problem for my house layout. This thing is miles better! And I like the fact it doesn’t have the camera. Looking at reviews of the new s8 model, this one is actually better at mopping and vacuuming.

Update it’s fallen to bits so 3 star now. This part is very brittle and cracked all over
