Was hesitant to buy based on price alone, mixed reviews online. It works soo well! I have a black lab and it handles her hair so well. I was worried about it throwing itself down the stairs, I left the magnets in place until I knew I set up the no go zone properly and I have had no difficulties since. It was very easy to set up, it vacuums under beds and end tables with ease. I love this vacuum!

Note- the scanning function on the app to add the robot to the app does not appear to work and the product comes with a preface warning letting the consumer know the engineers are working on this. Ideal would be to just fix the issue versus continue to market it, but other than that initial frustration, we love our robot!

Other side note, I could not get the app to allow the robot to connect to our wi-fi until my husband updated our router, so if you're having issues, try updating your router. If you didn't notice when buying, the robot will not connect to 5G so you may have to switch a setting on your router. We do have 5G and did not switch any settings, just updated our router and it worked for my husband's phone.

Other than those 2 pieces, the robot functions awesomely! We have 2 dogs and 2 small children so our floors are constantly filled with hair or crumbs or both. I was so sick of swiffering our floors 10 times a day. We have all hardwood floors on our main floor and in all bedrooms which are beautiful, but they show everything on them so we are obsessed with keeping them clean with kids crawling on them. We've had a both an Iroomba and a Neato vacuum in the past, both which worked well, until they didn't anymore. After letting those vacuum, we still had dried mud pawprints on the floor. We also ran into issues with the spinning brushes getting tangled in hair or string. With this robot, we've used the pads for the mopping function, and do a quick sweep before it goes, and it makes the floors look incredible. I haven't used the solution yet as it doesn't come with it, and I am happy with just plain water and a few drops of lemon essential oil on the floor that it spreads out. My floors look and smell wonderful, you can schedule it to go when you want, and you don't have to mess with any nasty dirty mops! It's super quiet, looks really cool in our white kitchen, and our dogs barely even notice it.

I was very nervous to spend this much money on yet another robot that will eventually stop working, but so far I'm really happy with our purchase! We had a new cleaning crew come to our house last week and while they did a great job, my husband's one complaint is the floors were still dirty in spots, so I pulled the trigger on this purchase and am so happy I did! I'll come back and update after we have it for longer but hopefully it continues to lessen my workload! :)

The base station turns on but the robot doesn't. The writing is in Chinese on the base station, there doesn't appear to be any way to change it to English. Their "help" is based in the US so with time zone differences we can't get any prompt replies. When the USA help centre pointed me in the right direction the Australian help centre couldn't be more helpful. They identified a dud battery and replaced it immediately. The new battery works, the base station is in English and the robot works a treat. Customer service at its best.

My worst shopping experience from Amazon. I would give zero if I can.

I bought a T10 at the price of $999. The robot still cannot be connected to WIFI after I tried a million times. Always connection failed. I tried as the introduction book suggested and looked up online and it still didn't work. The connection issue not just happened to me, but lot of people complain about this.

And then I accidentally found best buy started selling exactly the same thing for $899. I talked to amazon that I want to return it because it doesn't work and also best buy has a better price. Amazon said they cannot do price match and I have to pay for the postage myself even though it's the robot's problem.

So basically I wasted a whole afternoon and $80 postage, and get nothing. Meanwhile, my friend bought one from best buy for $899, it worked, and best buy even send 2 packs of cleaning sheet for free!

Don't recommend buying this from Amazon. Most terrible experience ever.

Run away, do not buy a Narwal product. I purchased a t10 one year ago in March, it started giving me problems and customer service just skated the issue. I change the dust bin every time it vacuums. Now it shuts down giving me a motor error. $1200 down the tube. Buy Shark they work great. Shark is very dependable and clean very well. Shark also empties it own dust bin, no dust bags either.
Shark has a great app, not Narwal. I have had nothing but problems, at first the app and now I am getting a motor error.

Buy Shark.

Do not buy the Narwal products because they do not stand behind them, Sharks are very dependable, clean well and you can buy 5 Shark vacuums for one Narwal. I hope Shark does not see this and raise their prices.

That’s right zero stars, too expensive and does not last.

Do not buy these, the frustration is not worth it.

$1200 waisted.

Do not buy, it’s not worth it.

Run away fast.

If you do not take my word for it, look at all of the other poor reviews. Narwal customer service is nice but not helpful at all.
I started having problems with the robot within having it for about two months. I thought it was just me, I did not read the reviews. Now, after reading many reviews, the problems are very common. At six months or so, the robot disconnected from our Wi-Fi and stopped working. Then would stop during a session and would not reconnect. I have to include to connect to Wi-Fi is very difficult. Now, sometimes the robot works great, then shuts down showing a motor error, then dust bin full, or it just disconnects from Wi-Fi. Again, I thought it was just me, until I read the reviews.
Take our word for it run away for your own good, my shark robot is amazing. I have no personal interest in Shark, just speaking the truth.
Sorry Narwal but the truth hurts.

Updated July 2, 2023, I finally got Narwal to fix the robot. I sent it in and they fixed it for free. When they sent it back they did not have the vacuum module, it took about a week and half to get Narwal to send back the vacuum module.
My intention was to delete my bad review once I got my robot backed. However, to get the robot and base station to connect to my Wi-Fi then to program vacuum times, I reconsidered removing my post. Just to connect using the app is extremely frustrating because it is far from user friendly.
Yep buy Shark, if this robot worked all of the time I would buy another one but to deal with their customer service and the app, no way.
