    １９８０年に発売された２枚組ライヴＬＰが、２３年振りに１枚のＣＤで再発されました。
    このアルバムは、１９７９年末に行われた、カナダ・ケベック州の２会場と、ニュー・ヨークのカーネギー・ホールで行われたライヴをとりまとめたものです。時期的にも、ヴァンガード時代を総括する内容になっており、私はオレゴンの最高傑作と思っています。
    演奏内容は、現代音楽・民族音楽・ジャズが絶妙のバランスでブレンドされ、大ホールによる自然な響きが気持ち良いのに加え、曲の展開の中でメンバーが使用楽器を持ち替えて、音に変化を付けているのも魅力です。（ライヴなので、多重録音はできません）
    ２枚のＬＰの冒頭（１，６曲目）で、１９８４年に亡くなったコリン・ウォルコット（シタールとタブラ!奏者）の演奏がたっぷりと聴けるのも魅力の１つです。また、終曲の「イカルス」は、ポール・ウィンター・コンソート時代の名曲で、ニュー・エイジ・ミュージックの古典と言われていますが、オリジナル・メンバーによる演奏は本作だけです。
