OMFG
I got to say that all dee's evilness comes out in this book!!
This book started right where the last one ended, with relationships coming together bringing a lot of excitement along the way.
I've just got to say that I'm definately #teamsawyer he's the perfect lovable bad boy, but who does Amelia end up with?
I'm having a major book hangover after reading this book & am left totally devasted after one hell of a cliffhanger, June can't come along quick enough
Well done Dee on another amazing book

First off, I LOVE the series title. LOVE IT! And the book. Wow! A beautifully crafted emotional roller coaster--this book has ALL the feels in ALL the right places. Do yourself a favour; grab books one and two and book yourself some quiet time in a comfy chair, because you'll need to devour ALL the words.

You outdid yourself again Dee.
What an amazing book. The love Noah and Mel has for each other with the mix of Sawyer in it. Love this band. I could not put this book down. Read it at night in bed, lunch breaks, and when I was bottling feeding the baby. Cant wait till the next book comes out. June is a long time.

THIS BOOK!! Oh.My.Days!! Dee Kelly you are just a little bit of a genius aren't you? You only went and put together this deliciously evil emotional roller coaster of a book that whipped me up into a frenzy and sent me on one hell of a journey with those Weston boys!!

I remember I was totally #TeamNoah all the way through Side A but I've always had a major soft spot for Sawyer as if I could switch to #TeamSawyer in a heartbeat. It's so wrong of me but I really wanted him to have that little bit of happiness with Mel but I also couldn't take the heartache it would cause.
You might just experience every emotion known to man in this book...it's possible that my little literary loving heart swelled with love and raw emotion during this read. My poor heart, I'm not sure I can take the wait after THAT ENDING!!

I just can't talk about it.....and not because I'm still recovering from a major book hangover (which of course I am, why wouldn't I be? I just had my heart ripped out, torn up and smushed - but I'll be fine, I'll get over it I'm sure;) so no, not because of that but more because I just won't spoil it for you, you need to go in blind and experience all the feels without knowing what's already been written out on the pages for you. Turn those pages and cling on to that book and curse at Dee, I'm pretty positive she might just be expecting that 😂

This book really will have you crying happy tears, laughing, breaking your heart and sitting on the very edge of your seat with the sheer anticipation of what is coming next.

Just an Illusion - Side B is the second book in D. Kelly’s The Illusion Series, and I was so glad we didn't have to wait too long to get the next instalment in Amelia, Noah and Sawyer story.

I was desperate to know how it was all going to play out for Amelia, Noah and Sawyer as at the end of book one I had questions that I wanted answers too. Now I will say while I did get some answers of course now because of the way this book ended I have been left with more.

I’m not going to go into the story, but what I will say the book is well written and I like that the author gives us a lot more background on what happen during their time on the road. I did appreciate that and like it as it builds up the story and helps us get to know the characters more, however, at the same time I was thinking just tell me what happens.

Let's just say patients wasn’t my strong point during this book. Ha-ha Also, I didn't realise until about 80% that there would be still another book to come. So I knew a cliffhanger was coming and wow, what a cliffhanger it was as one part was so unexpected.

After reading the first book I had said I liked Noah, but there was something about Sawyer that makes me like him more. However, I think after reading this one I still like Sawyer, but I like Noah more now he thinks the world of Amelia. I do feel for Sawyer, as you can’t miss the chemistry between him and Amelia.

“How can I feel so much for this man I’m not in a relationship with? Sawyer is a wonderful friend, but there’s so much of something between us lying beneath the surface. It’s not only attraction….it’s deeper than that.”

I'm eager to read Just an Illusion - Unplugged #3 and just glad that June is not too far away. If you are a fan of rock star romances and like stories with some angst, drama, and you don’t mind love triangles and cliffhangers then this book, but only after you have read book one.

OMG!!! D. Kelly hit this one OUT OF THE PARK!!!! I’m truly at a loss for words right now! Side B picked up right where Side A left off which was a nail biter! I was surprised by the end of the first book, and I was not in any way prepared for the ending of this one!!! Again…no words!!!!

I thought the characters were complex in the first book, and in this one, Kelly delves even deeper into their personalities and what makes them tick. I never thought I could love Noah, Mel, or Sawyer more than I already did, but I was wrong. Noah is the whole package…sexy, romantic, intelligent, and his soul is absolutely beautiful. However, Sawyer continues to pull at my heartstrings. I saw a whole other side to him, one he rarely shows anyone else besides Mel, or Princess as he calls her. Seeing more of his sweet heart made him even more irresistible. I completely understand why both attract Mel, even though she has made her decision between the brothers. It’s very rare I am so torn between two men in a book, but I’m definitely torn between these two. Each one brings out something different in Mel, but the thing I love about her is she certain in her decisions. She faces so many challenges in this book, and some will change who she is as a person! I’m interested to see the woman she will become when it’s all over.

The story, itself, was incredibly emotional. There are joyous moments, yet there are some incredibly painful ones as well. It’s D. Kelly’s amazing ability to make me laugh and cry that always leaves me coming back for every book she writes. However, I think I finished this one in record time. I thought I knew where she was going with it, and then she completely pulled the carpet out from under my feet with the twist at the end.
