There was so much going on in this book, things I couldn't see, too blind falling in love with Standing His Ground. I was gone for this book, gone! I've always loved the Porter brothers and I am left nervous after I finished reading this thinking how the hell is Dustin's book going to top this one? But I do have faith in Jamie Begley making Dustin also charm his way into my heart. Seriously these Porter brothers are total badasses and they give the Last Riders some stiff competition in showing how to protect their women but also being alpha males with that a****** trait. There really was a lot to take in with so much twists and turns, lovely surprises and then pain numbing sadness and despair. I adored Logan Porter before, now I'm just mad in love with this sweet adorable boy. Jamie Begley never fails to have me in giggles with her sense of humour and it comes across abundantly in the Porter trilogy.
I absolutely loved Rider's prologue at the back of this book and I’m so glad it’s the girl I wanted to see him paired with.Read more ›
This is Greer's book and as a Porter, in the other books, we've always found him obnoxious. It starts with him fulfilling that role as Holly looks after Logan and is involved in the Porters lives.
It moves on, beautifully written and building up as the main characters go through the requisite change.
Greer is much more than we first believe.
As in all Jamie's books, other characters from her different books are involved and it's nice to see them, especially Diamond.
The resolution to the problem, as always, wasn't what I expected and I was surprised but it worked really well.
A great read.
Greer is much more than we first believe, I think he is the one who made the book for me; I would have preferred Holly to be more feisty, but in the end, it worked perfect.
This story is so well written, with a very good plot and some hilarious moments. One of Jamie Begley best for me !

Greer and Holly have a lot to overcome. He hates her. She loves him. She's also the mother of his nephew. Good job appearances can be deceiving! Good read.Published 1 month ago by Tanya
No other words for it.
Greer is a total tool.
But he may surprise you!
Another great addition to the Porters/Last Riders. Read more
I'm really on the fence with this one. It was good but I felt Holly let herself down with letting Greer speak to her like she was nothing and he totally disrespected her constantly... Read morePublished 1 month ago by Angel
