Losing Kyler is the second book in the Kennedy Boys series. It starts off where Finding Kyler ended. Faye's uncle had revealed something huge at the end of Finding Kyler and it has completely turned their world upside down. Now Faye and Kyler are forbidden to be together. But how can that be when it all feels so right whenever they are together?

During two torturous weeks Kyler and Faye avoided each other and instead each turned to someone else for temporary solace. During this time, loads of things were going on including several twists and turns that were just completely unexpected. Without revealing much, I just want to say much how I appreciate the effort Siobhan Davis has put into the plot by enriching it with all these twists and turns. I guess in a way, we really should expect that from Siobhan :)

There was yet another big revelation at the end of Losing Kyler (though not as big as the one at the end of Finding Kyler, in my opinion). This revelation is a good one that I feel would help both Faye and Kyler, but it is also understandable the way Kyler reacted. I hope that in the next book Faye and Kyler will get more chances to be together and that their relationship will get stronger. I also hope Faye will find out more about a very important person in her life in the next book.

(I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book)

I'm trying to think how to start my review and the only way I can think of is by saying that this book is 100% as addictive as the first one, and that I really need the third one! Plus, learning that there's going to be more from the Kennedy boys in the future...well that made it even better!

After the few cliffhangers at the end of the last book, this one couldn't come soon enough! I had two theories about the big cliffhanger, one more certain than the other, and was incredibly surprised to discover that actually, I was kind of right on both counts. And that certainly led to a *very* interesting twist.

Faye, and her Cousins', lives are very complicated! And made more so with each new challenge thrown at them. I liked that the older brothers played a little bit more of a role in this one, and that Kal got his story line sorted (at least a little bit!)

I also hope that Brad gets more page time going forward! I like him, and I like the way that his story arc, and his interactions with Faye, were dealt with in this book. It added something to the story, and created an interesting conflict.

This was brilliant. But the slight cliffhanger at the end of this one (not quite as bad as the cliffhanger at the end of book 1!) has left me wanting more!

I received a complimentary copy of Losing Kyler. This is my voluntary review.

I received a free copy from the author and voluntarily reviewed it

Wow this was such a good and addictive read! I have to admit I was a bit afraid what the title Losing Kyler would mean for this book and I was wondering if I would enjoy it as much as book one. well my worries were totally ungrounded as this book was just as good, maybe even better, than book 1. It continues the story right where book 1 ended in a cliffhanger. And from that moment I got sucked into the story and didn’t want to put it down. The ending of this book is again a bit of a cliffhanger, but it mostly just makes me curious about the next book.

There’s so much going on in this book. Just like the first book it’s filled with drama, secrets, revelations and plot twists. It really is an addictive read and I just wanted to know what would happen next and how things would play out or if my suspicions regarding certain things would be true or what characters were hiding. Really Siobhan totally rocks this genre and I am excited to hear she’s planning to write some of the other Kennedy boys their stories as well. As I want to read all of their stories. Each character has their own secrets and personality and I am curious to about them all.

While this is Faye and Ky their story, there’s also a lot going on with other side characters. We see more of Brad in this book and there’s also an important plot line surrounding Kal, which I think is part of the set-up for this own story. I liked seeing how Faye and Keaton grew closer too. And there are some developments regarding James and Alex as well that shake things up. We see the two older brothers a bit more in this book as well. I really like all the different characters in this family, they are al interesting and I want to know more about them.
