Easy to apply without getting air bubbles like traditional screen protectors. Does add some width to the phone meaning I was unable to continue using wireless charger with screen protector and case on. Good protection against scratches which my Z1 screen is very prone to. Lasted a few months before developing a number of cracks but easily replaced and cheaper than replacing the phone screen.

Works a treat and has saves my device a few times already! It is a must. Instructions to apply are straight forward and it is very discreet once on. I have bought additional ones of the rest of the family and they did not realise I had put on theirs until I told them.

Excellent protector, just be very careful when fitting it as I messed the first one up. There is no hole for the screen facing camera (no need because it's optical glass) this means that the protector is completely symmetrical...which means once you've removed the protective film you have to ensure you apply the right side...which I didn't...I must have flipped it somehow when placing on the phone. With cheaper protectors it's obvious which way it goes on because of the template holes. Just take care, but it goes on beautifully and comes fully recommended.

Covers the active area of the display except for rounded corners. Definitely not genuine Nuglas, and tends to show finger marks easily. Sticks well in the centre, but has a bubble all around the edge which cannot be removed (about 1.5mm wide). Better than nothing, but only just. Keep looking for a more professional solution!

I purchased the Nuglas Tempered Glass Screen Protectors primarily as an extra precaution for my iPad Mini and iPhone 5s as had also purchased matching Rock folding leather and wood cases for them.

DESIGN
I'm always using my iPad and other iDevices, I'm fairly particular when comes to what I purchase in how it's constructed I wanted something that would protect it and not distract from visual and tactile performance. The design and application is simple in this case.

THE BOX
The box contents is standard fare attentional to brand detail of the product itself carries in to the sleek packaging, But you bought this for the protector not the packaging. You will find the usual Guarantee information, Interior printed instruction, Tempered glass screen, Sticky pad, Cleaning cloth, Air bubble remover, Alcohol wipe and an Embossed button sticker (The latter being redundant if you have the Touch ID features on your iDevices).

I did look online to check the this was. Genuine item as there re numerous imitations and counterfeit Nuglas products sold online.

PERFORMANCE
The application can be a delicate process and I would heed the instructions as to perform the application in a lint and dust free environment. The instructions itself are very simple but I would suggest a little research and viewing some 'How to' videos online for some tips. If you get it wrong there's no chance of reapplication, Once applied there is little difference to response and you would hardly know there was a screen protector on there.

The Oleophobic and Silicone coating does a very good job of maintaining the responsiveness of the device as well as giving an anti glare, fringed print and water reistence.Read more ›
