- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 August 2014A good singalong album, especially in the car
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 March 2008bay city rollers,NEVER and other more colorful metaphores when i played "NO DOUBT ABOUT IT"TO friends. It was on a german classic rock cassette tape i came across in the mid 90's ( containing the likes of MARILLION,RAINBOW,QUO,ELO,BJH) The track is awash with guitar power chords and syns as was popular in the early 80's,great for singing along to on the daily commute in the car,Anyway the rest of the album is upbeat and as thay say radio friendly,A sort of a mix of ELO/sad cafe/BJH,other standout tracks are"LIFE ON THE RADIO,RIDE,LAY YOUR LOVE ON THE LINE,THIS IS YOUR LIFE and the instremental-RICOCHET"also WON'T YOU COME HOME WITH ME is a supurb power ballad.I was never a fan of the band during the 70's but on hearing "no dout about it"it led me to track the album down on tape and now CD,could have done with some extra mixes from the demo tape which are susposed to be more agresive. But still an enjoyable listen and leaves you humming them through the day.Give it a try it will SURPRISE you
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 December 2015Their lesser known and better songs. They were actually good song writers. A pity they weren't allowed to include more of their own material on their earlier albums.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 March 2008The weakest album of both Bay City Rollers/Rollers career which includes some song's from their movie "Burning Rubber".The guitar riff's were removed from this l.p but their are no stand-out track's here, the sound is sorta 80's pop,and it indeed almost sounds like a soundtrack album. The return of Les on the following album "Breakout"was a major return to form. The best thing going for this album is that their female fan's will love the front cover but other than that it is really for collector's only i would say.Shame!.
