this book has a sweet approach to teach kids why our family chose to be vegan and respect animals. Also, we like that it gives a voice to animals and to kids. Our favorite story was "Where A You Going Deidra?". My 4.5 YO wants to listen to it over and over. This book gives kids answers to very important questions.

Great fun! Saw this on the shelf at our fave veggie cafe and it was perfect for entertaining the kids while we waited for our order. Short, funny, colourful rhymes and slightly longer rhyming stories. Quite a selection (we didn't have time to read them all). My girls (7 and 8) loved it so we had to get our own copy for bedtime reading. Good stuff!

Way too militant and in depth for children. I liked it but I'm 34. Not the target audience.

As the title suggests, this book has rhymes, limericks, poem-stories and similar, all for fun, and some conveying the message of Vegan lifestyle.
This book is a pleasurable read and I got this book along with , The Princess Who Liked To Be Popular by the same authors and it was the sweetest birthday gift for my cousin. Every kid must read it once.

Some children's books are not only to entertain children but also influence them into understanding and adapting moral lessons. 'Why are you Vegan ? and other wacky verse for kids' not only promises to charm kids but also encourages them for a healthy lifestyle and respect all the creatures of nature.
This is a picture book and every illustration is hand-drawn and kids of every age would easily connect to and will even be encouraged to try it themselves.

This book is amazing for young children, helping them to understand why the vegan diet is so healthy for them and good for the animals and planet. It is bright and fun and perfect for all.
