A good starting point. But to go to more scientifically based study Dr. Robert Duncan work needs to be added. But her book is a good basis to read before reading "Project: Soul Catcher: Secrets of Cyber and Cybernetic Warfare Revealed by Robert Duncan " and "How to Tame a Demon: A short practical guide to organized intimidation stalking, electronic torture, and mind control" by Robert Duncan. Helps all targets for sure!
To see in black and white what people deny is almost a miracle!
As criminals use the rhetoric of madness and and paranoia to avoid that these atrocities to be uncovered, these books are very important to all - people being used as guinea pigs or not!

This book rates a 5 on the info presented about the subject and to raise awareness. However, a workable SOLUTION to DEFEAT the RF attacking you and me is NOT given by the author. I implore the author to add solutions to their books. I’ve been microchipped and targeted since 2009 by the FBI, Homeland Security, and believe it or not, my local Sheriff’s department, unified and in league with the Feds, because I bought 5 survival books – no kidding. They need to justify their paychecks and create business where there is none. I’ve learned a few things, namely, how to stop the RF, subliminals, and voices to skull. It’s simple. You need to protect the space they target – your brain and the EEG’s they are stealing from you and me through their radar heterodyning. Think small area and not large areas, like protecting your head, instead of lining your entire living space with metal or silver paint. It’s faster, easier, and cheaper. Your SOLUTION: Make a Faraday Cage around your bed with steel or lead or copper sheets or tape, as they like targeting people as they sleep; line a hat with steel or copper adhesive tape to block RF in and EEG’s out. You can buy the steel and copper adhesive tapes on Amazon from Kraftex and TapeCase, and no, I’m not affiliated with either, I just know it works because this is what I do. This awesome book ought to be a standard and a reference, it should be recommended for college and university students. A very well written historical book with facts and sources about the beginning and development of mind control programs and all people responsible for these horrors. When you start reading this book, there are a lot of interesting anecdotes (Ingo Swann, Ron Hubbard, etc.) but always remember the old saying : Hell is full of people with good intentions...
I just gave a four stars because all the text is in bold, so it became very tough for reading it and caused an eyestrain for me in the end...

If you are asking the question "How can this be?" Then this is the book to read. It starts with an extensive historical timeline of government financing and involvement in the research and development of these EM energy weapons and psychological operations directed against targets.
