This appendix to Quake means gamers must have the original game on their machine. Quake Mission Pack No. 2 adds two new episodes and 16 new levels to the challenge, but there is still only one way out.
Gamers can choose to battle through either Hell's Fortress or the Corridors of Time in their perennial struggle with the apocalyptic Quake. In the first, gamers must confront a huge army, and in the latter, a deadly dragon.
There are several new entities to become familiar with, such as the Electric Eels, the Evil Overlord and the Phantom Swordsmen. Gamers are provided with all the latest gadgetry and will need it down to their last Plasma Gun if they are to prevail. --Paul Munford
