Unfortunately this MINI GPS is not working as it should. The connection lead does not connect to the PC properly.

I bought this computer as part of a cycle to work package when I first returned to cycling after a decade away
Not wanting to fiddle with wires and magnets I thought what the hell who's interested in GPS anyway?
Then I found out about Strava!!!
I find this perfect for keeping track of my distances, average and top speeds without the added complication of wattage or cadence; it really leans towards keeping a simple training diary

Possible downside, if epic rides of five hours plus is your game, would be the battery life. But I'm more likely to run out of energy first!!

Fits the stem well and is easy to use whilst on the go too

They say good things come in small packages; they certainly do with this little chap 😁

I had looked at some of the more heavily featured devices on the market but after seeing this I decided that it pretty much has everything I need. I just wanted to simply and quickly look up my time riding and the distance covered and this unit performs that faultlessly.
Uploading to Strava is also a breeze with manual uploading being very simple to complete from their website.
I will be honest and I never read the instructions so I am using it as best as I could set it up for my needs. It was pretty easy to complete although I think I could get it better if I really sat down and worked on it.
The unit is well sealed and easy to use with gloved hands and the mount is robust with no fear of it dropping off the bars randomly.

If you are looking for a light, basic unit to easily track you activities then you cannot go far wrong with one of these. Looks like they are bringing them out in a watch format for 2017 too.

The Lezyne mini GPS is very clear and once fitted it was very responsive with its signal and never faulted in any direction. A must for the new cyclist that wants to be in the world sport.

4.0 out of 5 stars Easy to Use and More Aero than Cateye 8 Sept. 2015
By A. Greissman - Published on Amazon.com

I really wanted this little gizmo to be perfect - and it almost is. I was frustrated with wireless Cateyes which have a magnet on the fork and spoke - not very aero at all. This seemed like a perfect mini speedometer and trip recorder for some of my vintage Italian steel bikes.

Pros: Does exactly what it claims. Easy to use and set up. Reasonably good battery life. Easy to switch between bikes!

Cons: GPS takes a minute or two to acquire a signal on startup. GPS dropouts can lead to missing speed, wrong speed, etc.

Overall a wireless Cateye responds more quickly and more accurately to changes in speed. However if you are looking for something more aero and/or easy to switch between bikes - with the benefit of trip recording - then this is a winner. It is neither a Cateye killer nor a Garmin killer - but it is very nice and super portable. The bands make it easy to attach to any bike you happen to be riding.

5.0 out of 5 stars My new favorite doodad, why did I wait so long to ... 24 Oct. 2015

My new favorite doodad, why did I wait so long to move up to gps? I don't need the features of a more lavish gps unit, this one' sbeen perfect for me on 5 rides now (from road,to rail trail to singletrack...speed does lag a bit on screen on singletrack/lots of tree cover, but the data pulled off it shows accurate despite). VERY happy with it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Love the quality 30 Sept. 2015

Love the quality, size and functions. Having four lines of information gives me the time I lacked with my previous bike computer. Now I don't have to wear a watch.

5.0 out of 5 stars Simple, robust 7 April 2016
By P. Cusick - Published on Amazon.com

WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG TO DO THIS?

Disclosure: I've never used or owned a Garmin or any other dedicated GPS product, so I have nothing to compare it with. That said, I bought this to replace horrible GPS apps. I'd been using Google's My tracks, and I was totally fine with it. Then they announced they were kicking it to the curb, so I started using Strava and a couple others.

I hated all of them.

I've never been interested in my maximum speed or calories burned or any of that. I do like saving maps, keeping track of my mileage, and vertical feet climbed. This does all of that. Plus, the setup is easy and their GPS Root website is user-friendly. I really didn't need anything terribly complicated. I just wanted to chart my rides and map them. This does everything I need it to do.

5.0 out of 5 stars Grand Slam of a GPS unit 27 Sept. 2015
By RD - Published on Amazon.com

Aquiries a satellite signal as fast (or faster) than any of the four Garmin devices I've used during the last 10+ years. Garmin's are terrific, but this one out-Garmined Garmin. Simple to use, records essential data, easy to upload to Strava, very good battery life, super-compact, and a great (compared to Garmin) price.
