This is a short, sharp look at the ways in which modern food - both processed meals and dieting - has ruined our understanding of how to it. It's a great read for anyone who's starting the year feeling ominously large around the middle, but who knows better than to embark on another useless, destructive eating regime. Wilson's advice is all about finding balance, retraining your brain, and taking good care of yourself.

This is a wise, sane book about how to improve your relationship with food. It is short, simple and can be read in an afternoon. It is extremely helpful for anyone who has had a difficult experience with food and eating. There are no magic formulas, just common sense. I loved it.
