About the Author
Nigel Griffiths ran his own building business for 15 years, specialising in conservation and green building, and has project-managed a development of eco-homes in Somerset. I found that it strikes just the right balance between practical things you can do on a DIY basis, and more ambitious projects like all the various renewable energy options, underpinned with a hint of Green conscience and carbon footprint info without being at all preachy or doctrinaire in tone. A genuinely enjoyable an interesting read.
