having had a similar item from another supplier that worked wonderfully until it eventually wore out, I had high expectations of this product. Sadly though it works in a fashion it is nowhere near as good

It is supposed to be universal but it does not fit two of my vacuum cleaners. Unless you have had an identical one, do not order it.
