5.0 out of 5 stars Great and unique little keyboard 20 Dec. 2014

I had an MS-20 in the late 70's. Was my first synthesizer. I learned tons from using and understanding how synthesizers work. So was excited to get my hands on another one. I didn't want the "mini" even though I'll probably use a 76 key keyboard through MIDI (something I could only dream about back then). It took me a little less than three hours to assemble. Pretty easy. A little tedious at points. Fortunately I had an 11 and 12 nut driver which worked way better than the little wrench supplied. Directions were pretty good. Fit was great. No problems. All holes lined up fine. It's past my bedtime and I'm too tired to plug it in and make sure I hooked it all up right, but I'm pretty confident.

This is a great little keyboard. Very unique sounds. Very flexible. Great for sound effects. It's tough to use live/on stage even though that's what I used to do back then. Takes a few seconds to change patches, but for studio work, it's not too much of an issue. I hink there's a very limited production of this kit, so get it now if you want it!
5.0 out of 5 stars A real synth 4 July 2016

Years ago, I played a synth as a studio musician. This was the synth I played, and now I can play again. If you want total control of a sound, this is the instrument to do it - mono only, but two VCOs give it body, the VCFs do a great job filling it out.
