The set up is easy and the instructions clear and self explanatory to follow. It will take you no time at all to learn how to work this.
The fact this is a whole fruit juicer, meaning there is no need to chop up fruits or vegetables before feeding them in is definitely noteworthy as it makes the whole process simpler and of course quicker.
The design is modern and attractive enough although I found the device overall to be very space-consuming and bulky.
Sadly, I found this got rather warm quite quickly, meaning the juice was the same, and while on the topic, this product seems to produce a ratio of 90% waste to 10% juice and therefore I didn't feel the extraction facility was overly efficient throwing into question how cost effective this item is.
The most noteworthy point for me was that it is incredibly time consuming and difficult to clean, with lots of small awkward areas that the pulp seems to stick to. The complex and painfully frustrating experience of having to clean this thoroughly after every use really put me off and meant I used it far less than I'd of wanted to and for me, this was a major detraction point for the product. It should come with a specifically designed cleaning brush or tool to make the task easier in my opinion.
For a juicer of its kind and price, it's about average but I would definitely recommend doing your research before purchasing and looking into a masticating juicer. Due to the masticating (chewing) type action, it means it produces more juice and less waste while simultaneously retaining a higher nutritional content. These are usually more expensive to buy initially but are definitely more cost efficient and better for you in the long run. For someone starting out and wanting to test the waters however, this might be ideal... Then again, it might just put you off for life.
Having used it for a while stains in the filter and bowl have developed and it is hard to clean... it comes with no brush designed to clean some parts.
Apart from this the noise level is very high and quality of juice produced is poor, if you juice fruits with seeds they can end up in the juice sonne well aware of you juice for children, as they might choke on it.
Just don't waste your money!
