This is my first electric amp and it sounds brilliant. The build quality is amazing and it is very aesthetically pleasing. Overall a solid amp for any household guitar player.

I used to use a Fender Champion 300... i needed a replacement. Looked into this and did some research, and it is the best amp i have ever played. Its settings are extremely first class and the effects are solid. Pure, crisp and smooth tone. I use a Custom Strat with Dimarzio CrunchLab & LiquiFire Humbuckers. And a custom set pedalboard... all of these sound fantastic through this amp.. love it. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a Marshall amp...

Marshall have a proven track record, it seems, since the year dot. This 30W amp has the more-than-useful addition of an FX mode that increases versatility and certainly makes my Strat sound pleasantly peculiar at times (depending on the setting).
With regard to amplifiers, volume does not always mean quality, but in this instance the two interface at just the right balance, The Gain mode is superb in pulling all settings to a perceived increase in volume without distortion, unless required. Marshall rules ok.

the amp was of the usual Marshall quality with a beautiful tone. This was bought as a present but I nearly kept it! Money well spent. Delivered promptly by the seller.

Sorry put review of 15 watt one by mistake on another thread. I want to complain that this amp does not come with a foot switch, which is annoying. There is also nothing on here to buy or not that I know of. Why have switchable channels without a foot switch?

Alot wrong with this amp, including :

Extremley poor quality while trying to play backing tracks through it, mediocre quality while playing guitar.
Packed very poorly, no foam, no outer box, just came in the products box itself. Could have very easily been damaged and that's why it sounds so bad.
The front input lead is extremely easy to pull out, offers no resistance and just slides out when your cord meets its max range.
Brushed aluminium look on the front is IMPOSSIBLE to clean.

Pros : It looks nice, and sound quality , while mediocre, doesn't drop much at higher volumes.

Don't advise buying from these people. This is my first, and likely last Marshall amp. My 7 year old Laney LX35 (that this was suppoused to be replaced by) sounds and operates far better.

Nice piece of kit as it should be as its by Marshall! Only bugbear is that it came with a 2 pin plug so had to buy a 2 pin to 3 pin adaptor. Makes my les Paul sound awesome but beware! The neighbours might not like you any more, unless they like led zeppelin!!!😁
