Superlatives and the Back To The Future trilogy are rarely far apart. With good reason, too. Here’s as complete a science fiction trilogy that you’re ever likely to see, one unsullied by unnecessary extra sequels, and instead standing proud as a genuinely terrific trio of films.
The highlight? You have to hand that to the first film, one of the most perfectly complete blockbuster movies of the past few decades. Brilliantly constructed and exceptionally executed, it’s exciting, funny, imaginative and stands up extremely well to repeated viewings.
But then so do the second and third films in the Back To The Future trilogy, too. The second is arguably the most disjointed, but then it has the most narrative work to do. Picking up directly after the first movie, it covers a heck of a lot of ground, and, in spite of one or two problems, it’s nonetheless a compelling movie in its own right. The third, meanwhile, is an underrated delight, that tails the trilogy with exceptional style.
Accompanying the films is a collection of extras that genuinely dig a bit deeper, and most notably include the infamous test footage of Eric Stoltz in the role of Marty McFly, before he was replaced by Michael J Fox five weeks into production.
Crucially, though, the Back To The Future trilogy has never looked better. And bundled with a package of supplements that offer terrific added value, this is a must-buy Blu-ray collection. --Jon Foster --This text refers to the VHS Tape edition.
Features Back to the Future in which a Californian teenager becomes the innocent victim of a local crack-pot's invention - a time machine made from a DeLorean car. He finds himself in his home town thirty years back where he is in for some embarrassingly funny surprises. In Back to the Future - Part 2, a visit by Marty and the Doc to the year 2015 seems to resolve a few problems with the future McFly family. When they return home, they discover someone has tampered with time and Hill Valley, 1985. They must once again get back to 1955 to save the future. In Back to the Future - Part 3, Marty is stranded in 1955 and must now travel to 1855 to rescue Doc Brown. Surviving Indian attacks and unfriendly townsfolk it's up to Marty to grab the love-struck Doc, leave the Wild West and get back to the future. --This text refers to the VHS Tape edition.

Daughter's also had a great excuse to watch them again when her friends come over.
only downfall is that all three BluRay Discs are in one case, I expected 3 seperate cases.
Side tip: i got the Back To The Future letter pack and put on top of the gift for the extra wow factor
I forgot how enjoyable the films were as myself & my family loved watching all 3 films over a few days each film is better than the last, I thought number 2 was the best but after watching again now our whole family preferred number 3 in the old west!
All the Back to the Future movies are fun for the whole family. On Blu-ray (region-free) the clarity offers a new way to enjoy old favorites in any player, in any country.
