Phamie Gow this is my first album that I have brought for this composer and think that she has got to be up their with Ludovico Einaudi yes she has a different way of playing from others but still worth listening too and I think that the pipes and drums of the Royal Scots Dragoons Guards adds to her plying and I will be buying more of this composer give her a chance if you are not sure then go to ITunes or You tube and have a listen for yourself

This music was perfect for winding down to in the sun, with the ducks and swans on the water, letting it soothe and spirit away my troubles, temporarily of course, everything is temporary. With the variety of instruments used - bagpipes, strings, piano, harp, pipe, horn, synth pad, electric guitar, then the blend is well produced and comes across in a very clear and bright way. It is spirited music, at times dynamic and other times peaceful and very gentle, restrained or reluctant even. Within the music is plenty of awesome space and freedom to be found.

Prompt service, music is inspiring nothing less than you would expect from the phenomenal Ms Phamie Gow. Somewhat surprisingly to me I love the bagpipe element

Nice tunes but I'm not a big fan of the bag pipes so a bit mixed for me.

At the start I would say that I like Phamie's music anyway. Wasn't sure about the pipes, but I have listened to this a few times now. Some memorable melodies and some familiar Phamie rhythms on harp and piano. Worth getting!
